We provide a full range of services to help Seniors make decisions about downsizing - AND - to implement those decisions.

We will distribute personal items to the family. We will arrange to dispose of remaining items through sale to dealers, an estate sale or donation to charity. We will prepare the home for sale at a fair price. We will arrange all the details of moving. And, finally, we will make sure that our clients are comfortably settled in their new location.
